PetroTel has extensive experience in equation-of-state development and pressure transient analysis.

PetroTel has developed equations-of-state for miscible or immiscible CO2 injection, hydrocarbon gas injection, nitrogen or flue gas injection, recovery of volatile or viscous oils, production of gas condensates, and the decontamination of reservoir fluid.

PetroTel can examine available field PVT reports and quality control the data for areal and vertical variation of compositions and properties.

The validated data is used for EOS tuning and developing generalized EOS models. These equations of state can be used directly in compositional simulations or to develop black-oil PVT tables for black-oil simulation.
