Major integration Digital Oilfield services we provide
The major integration digital oilfield services that we provide include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Integration and Governance Office:
The Office is responsible for all integration services, as well as program management and governance. It ensures that all the activities and deliverables associated with our Integration Framework, as well as their management and control are in place, to deliver the required outcomes. At its simplest, the Office orchestrates to ensure that all impacted and involved parties are aware of, and working to a single, cohesive and formally agreed integration program plan.
This Office goes well beyond merely a planning, integration and accountability focal point function. It addresses aspects such as defining the governance structure to ensure there are clearly defined management and reporting processes so that funding is made available when it is needed and that there is a process in place to resolve the (often inevitable) disagreements arising during a change project. It provides the program management disciplines essential to ensure that the deliverables across all stages and phases remain aligned and synchronized from a delivery perspective
In practice, the Office is the 'glue' that ties the whole program together. It ensures that however big the team, everyone has a clear view as to how his or her work is contributing to the overall success of the project.
The office typically comprises of our following key skills- Program Management- overall accountability for the Digital Oil Field Project Integration Services program, and realizing objectives on time and within budget. Also responsible for successful Change Management. Other program management functions are outlined below:

- Reservoir and Production Management Experts - we have several Ph.Ds on our staff, with extensive work experience, who are experts in oil exploration and production. These experts help define and assess the specifications of the various software and hardware components, through workshops and other means.
- Chief IT Architect Expertise - set out the overall architecture of the information technology components.
- Integration and Middleware expertise - One or more information technology experts in the field of software and hardware integration.
- Project Managers - Each major project has its own project manager, responsible for all aspects of a project, including competitive procurement, design, development, implement and manage phases. This includes, where necessary, obtaining the services of external vendors for software, customizations, hardware, testing, implementation, acceptance and data center management.
- Quality Assurance - at arm's- length to the program management function to provide relatively independent advice and assure quality.
- Other experts as needed, such as for discovery and assessment stages and ability to work with business executives to elicit their needs
